General

All our deliveries and services are subject to our terms and conditions. If a purchase is finalised, the following conditions are binding.

Pickup

If pick up option possible after advance payment. After receipt of payment, please set up a date and time with us at info@lpstrength.com mentioning your order reference number. You can find this number on your order confirmation or invoice from LP STRENGTH SA.

Pick up opening hours are: Monday – Friday from 07:00 until 17:00

If the products are not picked up for more than a week, we reserve the right to charge additional storage or shipping costs.

Delivery Area

Deliveries are within Switzerland and Europe (Zone 1) (direct through e-shop). For questions on international shipping outside of Zone 1, please contact us via e-mail at info@lpstrength.com.

Delivery Time

Deliveries occur within 5 working days for product in stock.

For back-order or product pending re-stocking, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery occurs at the risk of the recipient.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order.

Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs added to your order. All prices are final including a participation to shipping cost to cover shipment and packaging.

Shipping Partners

Shipments are sent by mail or carrier during normal working hours.

Larger shipments will be shipped with a carrier, delivery usually occurs 2-3 days after receipt of payment or upon agreement.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs, including VAT and shipping.

For international shipping, please contact us at info@lpstrength.com with your order number or ahead of placing an order and will make you a custom delivery quote

Payment Terms

Deliveries occur after advance payment (bank transfer), ApplePay, Twint or credit card.

For professional customers, payment on Invoice can be selected

Complaints

Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be notified to us in writing without delay, at the latest 20 days from the date of the invoice.

Return Policy

You may return an unused item in new condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note on the packing slip if you would like to return or exchange the item in the returning form, and enclose the packing slip in the returning package. Once we receive the package, we will refund you for the full product price or ship the requested product to you.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless our customer service department determines that we are at fault for an order error or product defect.

Close out and Sales item are final. No returns on these items.

Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

LP STRENGTH SA warrants to the original user that the LP STRENGTH product will be free in material workmanship or defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product.

All LP STRENGTH (brand of LP STRENGTH SA) products have in general a one-year warranty from date of purchase, other special warranty can be found on the product page of the website.

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a LP STRENGTH product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For barbells, warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). We have found that most problems with barbell we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.

Important: Please keep your original receipt of purchase. Without proof of purchase, no warranty claims can be processed.

Retention of Title

Until full payment, the product remains the property of LP STRENGTH SA.

Compensation

Compensation for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or because of late and failed delivery remain strictly excluded.

The color of the products displayed in the online shop may differ from the actual product color.

Privacy Protection

The necessary data for the transaction will be treated confidentially.
